Tough finding good places in this area, they are very trashy and come up short after being in Aysen. We drove a little further down and found a nice place on the side of the road. Very little traffic, bleached open fields of grass and gorgeous horses (counted over 60 of them) munching away! The star gazing was also quite spectacular! Ok spot for a night heading towards Santiago. Leveled parking and not super trashy. The openness of the space and the magic of all the horses made it a lovely experience.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Tried to find the place today but we did not find any possibility to camp along the streets. There is a small gravel pot next to the street that is definitely not nice and with deep holes. The spot itself seems to be behind a fence now. All along the streets are fences
