Camping in designated sites only. First sites along the road are here, more farther up. Road is a winding 2wd dirt road. Quiet, surrounded by tall trees and miles of trails. Could easily spend a few days exploring from your site! Great Verizon service at the coordinates, enough to work from without a signal booster.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
There are two sites marked here: #4 and #5. Not much level ground, but if you get creative and have levelers, you can make it work.
Report Check-InIt’s a nice place. I have T-Mobile and didn’t get any signal. The spot I had was mostly washed out but had a flat enough spot to setup an 11 ft diameter teepee. The dog liked it too!
Report Check-InNice wooden area a few miles outta town. Plenty of firewood. Did a little cleaning up around the area will be a nice spot for whoever rolls through next.
