Latest Check-Ins

It’s a warm spring day with weekend temps predicted to be in the 80’s. So, the campground is packed. We got the last site. There is not a lot of privacy at any of the campsites but, it’s a place to hang your hat for the night and to do some mountain biking.

We are on our way back to Canada with a 40ft class A with a Tow. The weather ahead of us was predicted to be not travel worthy so we decided to stay at Arkansas Campground at Pueblo state park. It was $36.00 a night camping fee and $10.00 a night state park fee. So kinda of pricy. But its a nice park and with 80 mph wind in the future its a safe stop. Good data service but if uiu camp on the other side of the lake there is wifi according to our check in map.

spent two nights here. Hiking, boating, fishing, and mountain biking at your fingertips. Sites are nice and clean, and bathrooms also very clean. Great views of lake and sunsets.

Convenient location with clean, paved sites + picnic table and fire ring. We found strong internet for working in Loop B, Site 57. Rest rooms in this area are closed for winter, but open in Loop A (hot shower) and the Visitor's Center. $36 for site (online reservation can be made when you arrive) + $10 day pass. Not cheap but had everything we needed at the moment so we gladly paid. Nice view too!
