we stayed here for one night, great spot for wild camping. you can hear the traffic from the road below but it's fine. Great place to walk around, nice sunset. very private. highly recommended!

Report Check-In

Nice sized spot along a dirt road. Very dusty but not many vehicles on the road each day. You can hear some traffic from the highway, but not enough to be bothersome. Close to south entrance of Yosemite. Good Verizon, spotty TMobile.

Report Check-In

Wide pullout and pretty quiet. 1 bar Verizon. Had no problem getting level.

Report Check-In

Wide pullout, big enough for 24ft rig. Flat spot, dusty. I parked my 18fter closer to edge to benefit from the grass.
AT&T LTE 2-4bars. Decent internet speeds

Report Check-In

Smaller flat spot perfect for our Revel. Right on the side of the road so it could be very dusty if the area is busy. Sign at the junction with the highway said no fires allowed. 1 bar of AT&T cell service.

So far so good. Been here about two hours as if 7:45 PM. No other people around that I have seen (thanks COVID), and not too far away from a town or the entrance to Yosemite. Watch out for tarantulas, scorpions, and snakes around the area especially in Coarsegold CA where I’ve seen em’ all. Tarantulas might crawl on your tent, so keep the vestibule closed at all times.

Report Check-In

Simple pull off located at the intersection of the forest road and an atv trail. Had very minimal traffic, but its pretty close to the road.

Nice pullout spot along dirt road off the main road.. Very quiet and private at night. Pretty easy to get to and several other dirt spots to camp out for several nights. Spot amongst the trees with some shade. During the day saw some hikers and bikers along small trails close to this spot. Stayed 1 night here before entering Yosemite.

Report Check-In

One space. On the dirt road. In the dust. Atvs in the morning. For a little night only. Free. No amenities.

Report Check-In

Easy enough to find after dark. Level. Had reasonable Verizon and AT&T service (about 2 bars). A few off-roaders went by in the AM. We had no trouble with a 23’ RV.

Report Check-In

Great boondocking spot! Very quiet, even in June! Easy enough for our 23' r.v. to get to. Almost level dirt. Fire ring. Got lucky & had a nice week there.
