Wow. no sign out front but the place is amazing. 18 bucks per night for two person, private double, immaculately clean in the centre. wifi quick and very welcome aircon (currently 35 degrees). guy at reception speaks english and originally from cuba. not much in guayaquil unless you need parts or work done except jumping off point for galapogos or the lizard park in the centre which is free and amazing. beatles museum exhibition was cool. 3 dollars to securely park 2 bikes. cars bikes and 4x4s only

Report Check-InEverything is correct as described although we (2p) paid $20 for the night (including 1 motorbike parking). Our room had 1 double and a single so if you are 3 people it may be more economical
Report Check-InAll accurate. Great place and super fast Wi-Fi. We were able to leave our stuff securely when we went to the Galapagos and use the secure parking for $1 a day. Result. Close to the town, Malecon etc plus it's next to the chocolate factory so the smells are gorgeous.
Report Check-InOther reviews are accurate: clean, warm shower, fast wifi, parking available in secure lot around the corner (free for motos). Note that entrance is on calle Eloy Alfaro. Not well marked but there is a small sign above the door. Paid $12 for a single, one person.
