Just before the bridge of Rio Moat. Nice little area just off the street with great wind protection if needed and if you drive a bit further, a private little camp, but not as flat and it was a bit muddy. There was no wind when we were here (late march) and There is a big Canadian beaver in the river, so I think he ate all the fish I was trying to catch. This really is the furthest south you can camp!

The extremest place to go by car in Argentina. You can not find this road on the Google map. It is down Puerto Williams.
Report Check-InNice place, very sheltered but be careful with the mud, deceptively sticky. We got stuck there but luckily someone from the navy post came to help us out.
Report Check-In5 star boondocking location. Foxes, Brabers, giant Kingfisher... Nice fireplace. Beautifull view on Rio moat.
Report Check-Inon y a dormi une nuit. c'est le seul point sur la fin qui est à l'abri du vent. pas de vue sur la mer mais très calme. max 2 campings car peuvent s'y mettre
Report Check-Insheltered from the wind okay spot 700 meters from the most southern point in South America accesable by road.
Report Check-InJust a little note from down the road, the wind is howling now so this spot really is very sheltered and the furthest south you can cam!
Report Check-InThis is a gem! We stopped on the corner and a moto rider camped in the woods came over and beckoned us in. Needs high clearance but go down the track and there is the perfect spot for a tent and we managed to level our Landcruiser OK. A little rain in the eve but a calm night and perfect blue skies in the morning. Our only visitors were 2 local guys on horseback looking for cigarettes, unfortunately for them none of us smoke but they were very friendly.
Report Check-Inthe end of the end of the world. scenic view by the sea all along. nice!
Report Check-Ino.k. we are here, but don't expect anything. We parked here over night, thats it. it is not really necessary to go so far. There was no access to the beaver dam, so we saw no beaver .The nature beside the road is nice along the hole routa.
In my mind it's enough to drive up too the camping areal Rio Cambaceres (s54.88346 w67.23675) and enjoy this place.
But don't blame me if you haven't been at the far end, uuuups !
