Looks like this place is shut down for renovations. There is a chain link fence with razor wire. We were not able to stay here.

parked/slept on the road to avoid rooster/dog noise.toilets and out side showers are available, walk up the hill to the round about, follow the Beach Access Track Left next to the Grand Mayan Suits and you will find toilets, just before the sand there are open air showers.
quite,safe, free.

Report Check-In

Small parking lot but there was room when we arrived about 4:30. Forget the roosters at 3:00 a.m. - what about the dog barking at 2:00 a.m. for over an hour and all evening. Even our really good ear plugs didn't quite drown him out. It is a good location (1.1 miles from plaza) and a bike path along the road starts here but I'm not sure how far it goes. Got good free wifi in our RV from Holiday Inn.

Stayed here a few weeks ago for one night. Quiet, easy, safe!

Report Check-In

200m from the beach
100m from the Birds sanctuary
This is private parking and the security of the hotel told us we have to ask the owner, no one around, we parked, we slept, no problems.
Roosters are great, wake up at 3am - go meditate.

Report Check-In

Great spot to park for the day/overnight, especially for large/tall rigs since it is a cul de sac spurring from a traffic turnaround.

Also right on the start/end of the bike path, so having some wheels makes for quick town access to the hotel zone or art district.

Report Check-In

Spent one night here, guard said it was no problem. Felt safe.
Lots of people coming and going all night and this time of year it was very hot and there was no breeze. Very close to down town artsy area and cafés. Safe spot in a pinch

Report Check-In

Just next to holiday day inn. Don’t park in front of the gate for the stables.
It was quite and safe. There were 3 other camped here tonight.

Report Check-In

Stayed one calm night there; when we arrived around 8pm we also asked the security guard if’s o.k to stay and he said “no problemo”; we were just by our self at the parking lot; it’s getting busy around 6:30am at the nearby Horse riding area “;
we felt safe and for such a busy city we had a really silent night!

Report Check-In

Spent a quiet night here. The security at the Holiday Inn watched us park but did not seem to mind we were there. One other overland vehicle parked for the night too. No amenities.

Report Check-In

Quiet place for the night even on Sunday. We were alone but felt safe with the guard and the hotel. The people from the stables arrived at 6 am so don’t block there gate. You can also stay (with bigger RV’s) in the street just before the hotel and stables so 100 m before the marker.

Report Check-In

Good spot, felt safe. At the end of the road, between Holiday Inn and horse stables. Had two (relatively) quiet nights here (including a Friday). Beautiful reserve with lots of birds and beach close by. No amenities.

Report Check-In

If you want peace and quiet, avoid weekends. We arrived around 9:30 on a Friday night and waved to the guard on the way in. You don’t have to pass through just drive next to the gate to the Holiday Inn. He didn’t care we were there.
We camped in a truck camper and there was plenty of room. Then the music came! It was similar to camping at a festival where it wasn’t right next to us but loud enough that it wasn’t easy to sleep... and it went until 4AM! Then the roosters started...
Many better spots in Baja but if you have to spend a night in the city at least it’s safe.

We asked the guard of the Holiday Inn if t was to park our 23' feet rv and he said no problem and told us if we needed something he was there to help, very kind! There was a party nearby and was music but at midnight stopped and rest of the nighr was really quiet. Next morning went to the beach and enjoyed and after we took a cold shower fromnthe hotel but it's placed at the beach! So perfect spot for a quiet nitgh in the city! We went for a walk at night with our children to see the fancy and luxury hotels and restaurants!

This location is actually a dead end public street, but happens to be between the holiday inn gaurd station and a tourist horse riding stable. if don't mind la odeur of horsey (it really wasn't bad) smaller vehicles can park angle parking or long vehicles on the other curb with room for 3 40 foot rigs. come early (which we were and no one parked in the Long vehicle side) or late (horse ride place closed at 5 and parking opened up). there was loud music from a concert nearby but quite and empty at 10pm. A couple cock crows arround 5am and the hens were upset about something - but even that quickly went silent. no open wifi. ok 4g cell service.

Report Check-In

We had a very peaceful night sleeping here. The security guards at the holiday inn are very friendly and happy for camper vans to stay here. Close access to beach, safe and quiet at night.

Report Check-In

streetparking under palms! absolutly o.k. for a night or two, quiet at night, busy at day. most of the other parking cars will leave after 7pm (maybe employees from the hotel). wifi only with hotel-guestname and hotel-roomnumber.

Report Check-In

Nice place close to the access to the beach where you can see the Belding's Yellowthroat.
A bite noisy.
Free open fast wifi from the Inn.

Report Check-In

Spent a few days parked on the street outside Holiday Inn. Nobody bothered us, pretty quiet at night even on New Year's. A few nice restaurants and a coffee shop walking distance that are open late along with a public restroom.

Report Check-In

Right down at end it’s quieter and darker by the Bonanza riding stables. Also easy walk down to beach which is large and wide. Safe on road s lots of security in his main tourist haven

Report Check-In

Spent one night here. Right outside the Holiday Inn. Felt safe, security nearby. Can't enter the hotel without a bracelet, but probably can from the beach side. Outdoor showers near the pool to sneak a rinse.....

Report Check-In

we was a little bit further on on a sandy beach access with parking. good security from the hotel, quiet at night, pit toilets, shower from the five star hotel direct on the beach.
