Description

Spot in the desert along V 2/10 road 5 miles before the other Hoodoo spot marked on the App. Very quiet. Very few cars passing by. Good T-Mobile signal. Decent Verizon.

Very pretty. Decent roads, made it with no problem in my prius. Would be slippery and have flowing water over road in rain. Check weather! Many spots in the area if you lock around. Is an OHV area but was quiet when i was there. Some cows around. Saw a few other people camping.

Other descriptions are accurate! Reasonably quiet, very pretty. The first two spots are great for any sized rig. After that, potholes and hills will make navigation a bit more challenging, but also quieter and more beautiful.
*** The roads are not maintained in the winter. If there’s been rain or snow, proceed cautiously, if at all.

Big area set up for OHVs. It's hard to imagine that it would be full. I'm here on a Memorial day weekend. Just a few small groups of OHV riders. I can't hear or see any of them. I'm on an ADV motorcycle. No problem getting to my chosen overnight stay.

As you get closer, turn on the satellite imaging on your Google Maps and you'll be able to see that there are a bunch of different little pull outs and off-shoot roads to camp. Had 2 bars of 4G (Verizon).

Great spot away from traffic and housing. Nobody was there when we got to the flat spot described above.. probably because spring is not an ideal time to camp here, unless you want to carry the dogs in and out of the camper. Also, the higher you go, the drier is does not get. Would be a beautiful spot in the summer, just a little to sticky for the truck and the dogs. We ended up heading back down and did not stay the night, but went down the road to a trailhead to set up camp for the evening.

lots of spots all up and down this area of OHV trails. T-Mobile service is sketchy until you get to this location and then it's five bars. wide open space, flat, beautiful views, quiet, no one else here

Just checking in to say that I had full AT&T service here. Didn’t stay the night because the ground was already soft from rain & it started raining while I was there, in addition to some low spots in the road that already had water (didn’t want to get stuck, no 4wd). Saw a number of atvs on the road, heading up to the top. Aside from them, it was absolutely quiet with a great view.
