Actually a nice campsite, with lots of places! But unfortunately, when you are on a hike, your place will simply be taken over. And when we came back, teenagers were on our pitch, their car parked very close to our camper. We couldn't open the door properly!! In addition, there was a barbecue and the smelly smoke ended directly in our mobile home. The young people did not let themselves be talked to, insisted on the right, it was now their place. They were extremely aggressive and really threatened us, we informed the place of this, but he couldn't or didn't want to assert himself!! We asked for our money back and left the campsite! In the visitor center, we reported the case and were able to stay there with the consent of the local police!!

very nice and large campground. 150 Peso for a motorhome. no entrance fee!!

Sunny in the morning after a cold night (8 degrees Celsius). breakfast at 08 a.m. possible outside.

Restaurants only weekends. A lot of day tourists. But very quiet at the first of May (bank holiday) after 07 p.m.

Next morning clean toilets!! 5 Peso fee.

A really nice place. Quiet and save at night, lots of Picknick tables and fire places around. A nice small lake and zip line an you can take a walk in the forest. There are restaurants at site and toilets (5 p) available. We enjoyed our stay here. $ 80 camping and $ 20 pp entry.

it is now 100 pesos for camping including entrance fee for two people, or 20 pesos per person to enter. toilets are closed, restaurant as well, wifi requires voucher we didn't get yet. many places are closed in the park so we glad we found something open

Report Check-In

We camped here first night 80pp + 20pp entrance, that’s too much, but we were very tired. Negotiate the price - WiFi was not working.

big camping area with a small lake. we paid 120$ for the two of us. stayed one night because the pay station for the toilet broke and we could not use the baños anymore. cold and quiet at night. there were about 6 wild dogs hanging around, fighting and barking but they were not aggressive towards us.

Report Check-In

Good spot to explore the El Chico area from. It really is very cold at night and misty in the morning/late afternoon. Not a place to just ‘hang around’ I would say. 80 pesos pp for camping + 20 pesos pp on the first day for park entrance. Dogfriendly.

Very nice place to camp. You can drive far away from the entrance and have your own private spot with a firepit and some sitting areas. The price is very fair, even though you have to pay 5 Pesos for the toilet. Because of the altitude it's cold at night, and at 5pm or so it's possible that clouds coming down. My RTT was very wet in the morning, but still beautiful:)

This’s a very nice campground to stay at for some days. Once you’ve payed the 120$ entrance the following nights are only 80$. We were the only ones camping on weekdays.
