to get to the dump station follow the signs for the Sugarland visitor Center, follow the Bus,RV parking signs, bypass the parking lot turn left, the dump station is on the right in about 100 feet. The sign is very small, don't blink or you will miss it .
Report Check-InIf you go west past the visitor center you will probably miss the dump station sign but if you turn around which you can in a 1/4 mile and come back towards the visitor center, you will see the dump sign on the right on Ash hopper branch
Report Check-InCool place, stayed one night in the truck camper and no one bothered me. Felt comfy although where I was, was on a hill so be careful! Right next to the dumping station and fresh water though. No bathroom though visitor center is close! Note* the turn is a hairpin one so big rigs could be hard
There is a proper place to empty the sewage from the RV, with its own water for cleaning the equipment and 20 feet ahead there is a clean water faucet, to fill the water tank. Even a Park Guard came by right when I was there, collected a water sample and did a quality test. There are other units like this in the south camp area, near the visitor center at that entrance. There is Wi-Fi in the visitor center.
This is across the street from the visitors center. We stopped by Monday evening and Tuesday evening and no one was there. It would be a tight turn for big rigs.
Report Check-InUsed this twice over the week. 32 foot Rig, tight turns but safe enough. low pressure on the fresh water but otherwise nice. you could be sat there a very long time if in a que tho.
Report Check-Ingreat facilities, thanks to the NPS, no problem dumping and filling up on water 👌
Report Check-InSpent the night in the lot for larger rigs/busses. No one around by the time I got here (6pm). Bathroom and potable water in visitor center available 24 hrs. Easy spot with no trouble in the middle of the park.
Report Check-Inthis one is free and has drinking water. I would not try a big rig here due to tight turns
