$5 per person. Just ask for a shower pass at the desk and they'll have you sign in and leave an ID with them. No paperwork like many other YMCAs. Hot shower, clean locker room and hairdryers (in the women's room at least)
Report Check-InAs of July 15th, free trial is only for St John’s residents not for tourists outside of town. But with a donation you can have a hot shower..

Super clean hot shower ! But they are now doing only a 1 day free trial and yes you have to be prepared with a local adresse. Swimming class on Saturday morning so you can not use the pool.

Free two week trial but must have a local address to put down so go in prepared to give address. work out, shower, fill water jug. Try not to be in and out. Bring what you need (in a gym bag) ;)
