Car park in the modern 'center' of Bogota. No height restriction! Safe, narrow-ish spots, but okay for cars/vans (Sprinter size would be the largest). Toilet. COP 20.000/24h. (depends on vehicle size)

Still 26000cop for 24 hours but they don’t allow anymore people staying overnight in their van so we left at Parqueo Macarena (it’s on iOverlander).
Report Check-InVery convenient location, easy walk to La Macarena and the plethora of museums. We parked in the lower level and we’re completely hidden from the road, it was an extraordinarily quiet night. You could easily pop a rooftop tent. Neighborhood isn’t that bad in the daytime, just watch your pack as in any big city.
We fit with our Sprinter, but this is probably the biggest rig you would want to bring here.
Paid 40,000/ 24H (we tried to negotiate, without any luck).
We parked here for the night (26,000 for a camioneta for 24 hours) and found a last minute hostel nearby on booking.com. Would have happily camped here. Neighborhood is totally dodgy, but most of Bogota is. We left our car in the back corner down the ramp, and it was hidden away and very secure.
