Don't give up. I didn't know that I was here but asked. No problem. No charge although I did tip to help future visitors. The guard even suggested where I could park so that he could keep his eye on me overnight.
Report Check-InWe stopped here in our way from Coban to Guatemala and we couldn’t. They said we weren’t allowed.
Report Check-InSpent one night here on the way to Antigua - huge level parking space.
We stopped near the pine trees, close to the restaurant.
Bit of noise at night but nothing too bad. Staff told us it's safe here and there's a guard at night.
Open 24 hours.
Cool weather up here so OK to sleep.
As previously reported nice fairly level paved area near the road next to the air compressor. There is a water facet close to the compressor tank as well. Good place to stop at on the way to Antigua.
Report Check-InSpent the night here based on the one review, were stuck driving at night on the way to Cobán and wanted a break. Asked the lady at the counter inside of we could stay the night in our truck, she ran it by the security guy (random looking Guatemalan with a revolver), gave him a Q40 propina and slept fine. Felt safe, just a few loud trucks during the night. Washroom and gas station restaurant open until 9:30 pm, opens at 6 am, running water and toilet paper.
Report Check-InWe spent the night here and nobody asked for money. Quiet at night, with bathroons and cold shower. Recomended
