Description
Large grassy area for camping, some pads for tent camping in an area with lots of small trees. Also has nice clean rooms with shared bath and rooms with private baths. good restaurant and bar on property. Gated and guarded. No wifi. good place to stay near Arusha.

friendly staff, clean toiletts but unfortunately no water (drought !) for the toilett unless by bucket. ordered vegetarian food at the restaurant which was nice and very very reasonably priced. they brought it to our place. Camping fee is 20$ for 2 and you can pay in TSh (best) or $ or we even paid with Kenyan Shillings. IMPORTANT for bigger campers: the entrance to the camping area (small dirtroad between offices and nice garden) is very narrow. our Landcruiser-Camper which is 2.10 over all could just make it after retracting the mirrors. otherwise for big rig it would be possible to stay on the parking, still inside the camp but not on green. due to a widely spread drought, the camp was completely dry, no greens remaining but will recover with rains. the nearby road is causing noise but acceptable for one or two nights. overall a good option near Arusha.
Report Check-Inthere are cottages and camping. Next to the ablution block there is a nice area with bench tables and an electric plug, good for hanging out and preparing food. Vodacom 4G is a bit patchy but if you move around it's ok. Price still $10pppn for camping. there is a restaurant with duck, rabbit, chicken for around TSh 20000 for 1kg portion. washing available but get the price list first because it is priced per item rather than per kg, which turns out expensive. There is also a rather nice children's playground.
Report Check-InNice place for overnight staying, friendly staff and nice restaurant. We preferred this place much more than the nearby „snake camp“ Not a lot of guests. Everything clean. 10usd pp for camping , or staying in the rooftop tents. They cooked very good duck for us, very tasty.
Report Check-InGood place for a stopover. Not many pitches, but flat services. No power/ braai or kitchen. Wifi unknown. Toilets and showers have been renovated and are clean. Hot water through electricity. Restaurant and bar on site, but we didn’t try. Friendly staff and are thinking along with you. Price 32.200 tsh for 2 people, per night.

Report Check-InDidn't like the place, we had a overland truck next to us as there is not a lot of space to camp. Price 15.500 pppn is to much for this place.
Report Check-InPaid $7pppn to camp. Asked about rooms and were told they are $25 pppn. Highway traffic noise. Otherwise, good place for the night. Flat sites. Clean, functional bathrooms. Hot electric showers.

Restaurant and bar on property. Owner speaks fluent english. Gated and guarded. No wifi. Owner arranged tour to Ngorongoro Crater for me at a reasonable price.
