Really beautiful and peacy place with a beautiful garden, campfire, super good installations especially the kitchen and nice spot for sunset
You can walk to the beach and surf or swim and even see whales from the beach if you are lucky
300 pesos/night for a car
Super spot!

Such a gem of a spot. Two bathrooms, a shared kitchen area, WiFi, and the best water pressure/hot shower in Baja. There’s laundry right down the road, you can walk to beach from camp, close to grocery stores and Agua Purificada.

No reservation system, swing by and snag a spot. Parking/ camping on the outside of the fence as well. Owners number located on google maps, and the officina sign over by the palapa on the east side of camp.

Highly recommend this spot if you’re staying in Cerritos. The owner is very welcoming and responsive.

We really enjoyed this camp site, we stayed 5 days! It really isn’t set up for big motor homes but van camping is perfect. As described there is a communal kitchen and bathroom. Some of the things from 2022 are not the same, it’s a quiet, beautiful rustic camp. The Wi-Fi is spotty and weak, I wouldn’t count on it. There are no places to hook-up, this is dry camping only. They do let you plug in devices during the day to charge on solar during the daytime only, from an outlet in the kitchen. There is a hot shower, that can be a bit finicky, but it’s very nice. There aren’t any toys for kids anymore, or surf boards to borrow, but the kitchen is fully functional. We loved our time here. And it is very close to cerritos beach.

Advertised as campground with hook ups, doesn’t have hook ups, no dump station, not suitable for big rigs. Toilets have a curtain very dirty and unsanitary. Pressure in water is real bad. Told us to dump on the ground which made it even more unsanitary and stinky, plus it brought flies to the site. Pretty expensive for what it is.

Simple camp ground, as described. Quick walk to Barracuda Cantina for good food and live music on Sunday nights, and to Cerrito Beach where you can rent surf boards to learn how to surf. Dog friendly.

As mentioned prior a small campground away from the busy nearby surfing beach and resort area. SUV and 8’ enclosed trailer. Christina quoted $400 pesos but dropped to $300 when we negotiated. One large rig and a couple of tents. We were beside a large rv, but no problem. Kinda reminded me if sone hostels. There is a shared outside kitchen area with frig and stove. Shared toliet and shower all outside, but well kept. It is small and the dirt road in us a little bumpy. Also nearby is a quieter portion of the surfer beach reached by road from campground. Very friendly hosts.

Got an incredibly warm welcome by Christina and her husband. The layout is essentially a ring of sites around a well-maintained cactus garden with a cool plunge tub, sitting area, outdoor shower and communal kitchen.
Showers and restrooms were clean. Brought Starlink so I didn’t try Wi-Fi. No electricity at sites, extra outlets for charging in the kitchen area which has a couple burners, sink, fridge and essential pots, pans, etc.
spot was just big enough for my 21’ van. Not a lot of wiggle room but the garden and central space make up for it. Distant view of the ocean too. Can’t wait for the sunset.

$500 to camp here! Way too much…and the spot didn’t look like much.

We absolutely loved this place. It is quite bohemian with a lovely vibe, camping in amongst a cacti garden. The manager Christina is really friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to come with young kids - there’s a play room with loads of toys and musical instruments and Christina allowed us to borrow a body board and learner surf boards for free. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and nice restaurants. Water hook ups and drinking water is provided. There’s a flush toilet and a hot shower. WiFi is pretty good and reaches most of the pitches. The pitches are not perfectly level and no electric hook-up. It is small and popular so a good idea to WhatsApp Christina to check availability. +1 530 364-8801
