Open from 07:00 untill 17:00. Unfortunately closed for us. You have to drive on the stone road up. Cremo quesos.

on est passé ce midi pour acheter du fromage. mais on a eu l'impression de déranger la vendeuse qui est venue nous ouvrir la porte... pas super bon accueil... on a pris un camembert, une part de Brie, de la raclette, du gruyère et un pâté (le tout pour 100000 GS). la raclette et le camembert manquent un peu de goût. le gruyère est très bon. il n'y avait que du chorizo en charcuterie... un peu déçus...

They offer good cheese, some of the best we tasted in 4 months SA (some guys at the local sunday market of Colonia in Uruguay had the best). The gruyere and raclette are really nice, but dont taste like the originals. Still, very recomendable to go there on the way.

Jimmy was very welcoming a showed us the cheese factory and the cheese cellars.
The cheeses are great! it’s the first place in the Americas where I tasted a gruyère which actually tasted like gruyère, despite the different food regulations and climate. Highly recommended!

Back for more!!! It’s a little tricky to get to. But well worth the Uturn. Shady parking. Cheese, salame, wine. The types vary over time. Mmmmmmm

You have to turn when you see the bike shop and it's slightly on the right after that (a hit hidden from the road).
Grear variety of cheese: appenzeler, gruyere, raclette, roquefort, boursin...
The guy is nice and speaks French.

Sure, the cheese is good, but still nothing like the real thing. The Gruyère tastes more like Emmentaler :( I'd rather sample a good local cheese.
Sorry for being such a cheese snob...

very very very good original swiss cheese! produced from a swiss guy, called dominic. a lot of different cheese, all are good and fresh.
