What a wonderful place to relax and stay safe and quiet the night. We spend two nights here and felt very welcomed. We could use the pool and the nice green garden. They don’t ask any fee the only thing they expect to eat at their restaurant which is really a good deal. We ate great fresh food for very reasonable price. We can well recommend this place.

100PpP if you do not do consumtion, it is a parking lot, lots of cars, the entrance is with an ankle, so be careful with big rigs, all Meals about 140P, service very friendly, not a huge varity but ok and Food is good, Pool also, less shade

We stayed here for two nights. Super friendly staff! They don't charge for overnight parking but appreciate if you consume at the restaurant - we had one lunch and one breakfast there. Food is pretty good. Pool can be used and there is a bathroom with shower as well. Perfect spot to stay and discover the many cenotes in and around Homun.

What a great place! After many months on the road we really just needed some down time and this place was perfect.
We had full access to the pool the grassy area around the pool to read and nap/ shower and clean toilet plus good wifi all for the price of a meal at the restaurant. We had dinner for 2 plus a beer for $300 pesos. That’s less than some campgrounds in Mexico and the services here are way way better. We stayed two days. Took our laundry in and had a chance to do some van maintenance. The bonus was there was no dirt getting on the van because we were camped on concrete but had the nice green trees right outside our door!
Friendly staff. A perfect spot!

Flat parking lot, we stayed there one night no issues. You have to eat at the restaurant in order to spend the night. Clean toilets and cool showers by the pool.

Free to stay if you eat there.. Our friend could also sleep in his hammock at the parking lot and the owners are friendly.. But with food and beer you can expect 200ppp ..

We arrive on the afternoon.
We ve parked on the big parking area.
They told us it’ was ok. And if we want to go to the swimming pool we have just to drink or eat something on the restaurant. They were very friendly. And just next to the restaurant, you have to open a door and you will arrive to a grotte and 2 cenotes. We ve payed 50 pesos/ adults and kids over 6 years old. We ve made the visite with a man super friendly ! We spend a beautifull moment. Then we went to the restaurant … be careful they are closed at 7 pm.Food was good!

clean & tidy, good restaurant with bathroom & shower. Large concrete parking area, no problem with large truck camper

As described earlier: Restaurant and Hotel with a nice pool and garden space with shower & toliet adjacent to big parking lot. Typical yucatecan food, very good. Rooms for two with ac/private bath/fan/wifi/tv cost $425 pesos/night. We were planning to camp in garden near pool but rooms were affordable. Hotel can provide same day laundry service. We lost electricity late morning for a few hours, but spent the day checling out all the cenotes near by. Easy to hail a mototaxi for cenote tour. We did 4 cenotes for $250, he served as a great tour guide. We highly recommend having a local (mototaxi driver) take you to see and experience the cenotes. Restaurant is noisy afternoon and evening after tourists come in from touring the cenotes, might be better on second level.

1 night / 2 travelers / 16ft camper van.

As described repeatedly by other travelers:

* Nice place and friendly people running it.
* Very good food with main dishes priced at 80-120 pesos.
* If you eat in the restaurant you can get free overnight parking (and sleep in your travel rig) in gated parking lot with decent lighting....and the access to nice WC/shower goes with it.

We did not try the pool.

The neighbor is one of those loud music lovers - luckily, his preference in music suggest much better than average taste. In any case, he helped us to start our day in festive mood at 5.30am.

Very nice place with good food and friendly people. Many cenotes are nearby. The pool is refreshing and the wifi was working good (except for some power issues). You can park on the parking lot or pitch a tent near the pool.

As described. Had dinner (good Yucatan food) and asked if we could spend the night in our van parked out front. The owner's daughter was there and said it was no problem. They were very friendly, made sure we had the WiFi password and we think she even had someone clean the shower for us!

Friendly owner said no charge and was proud talking about all the foreigners who've stayed here in vans like ours. It was loud at night though from music next door.

The better place then Cuzamá, no beasts (horseflys) around and quiet. The Santa Maria Gruta is a good experience.
Because overnighting was free, we ate in the restaurant. Superfriendly staff, nice food and the Margaritas are yummie.
Nice bathrooms.

Beautiful place! Restaurant, pool, bathrooms, shower. Water refill possible if you ask staff. Large parking. We parked our 24ft gulfstream motorhome overnight for free. We ate the next day at the restaurant. We took a drive around in a mototaxi with Diego and visited 3 senotes for roughly 200mx, during 5 hours!!! (7:30am to 12:30) This small city, Homun, is charming, very isolated from regular tourist like elsewhere in the peninsula. If you like an authentic ciudad, this is the perfect location.
