Excelente lugar, en temporada hay varios Motorhome, hay otro lugar habilitado con servicios dentro del pueblo pero si sos autosuficiente este está mejor, en la naturaleza, más espacio entre cada MH y muy tranquilo por la noche.

En la entrada al chalten, amanecer con el Fitz Roy a la vista. Al costado del restaurante encontré una canilla con una manguera. Tranquilo y seguro.

After 2 very windy nights and beeing alone at this place, we were told to no come again to this place the park guards, in the morning, not aggressively at all. They recommand us to got at the park lot in front of the information center before the bridge, where all the other campers were. They did not fined us

As explained, no protection from the wind but what a view! Clean and ok for rigs

Nice place to stay, huge, no chance to protect from wind.
Fantastic view from the city and mountains.
A couple cars stopped by during the night.

We stayed here one night but it's a very, very windy place, and a good viewpoint to see the fitz roy if its not so cloudy.

Viewpoint with a gravel parking lot just before El Chaltén. Great view in the morning. Maybe a bit busy in high season. Quiet in late May...
