Description

We arrived at 4.30 and paid for entrance to the park the following day as well as parking (150 pp + 30 parking) when we arrived at the Y in the road (left to go to river, waterfall, caves, formal campsite and right to go to thermal pools, suspension bridge) we went right and parked in the flat car at the end of the first bend. We have access to the pools today and tomorrow and parking until tomorrow without incurring the second day fee. The pools are 5min walk down the canyon perfect for first access in the morning. Maybe it was a mistake on the staff’s side but worth a shot for anyone else, beats the bud parking way up the hill. Great view of the canyon too. There are toilets and showers on the way down to the pools that you can access from the car park.

Latest Check-Ins

Stayed one night and had no problems. It’s 30 pesos. Good to go to the grutas early in the morning.

Report Check-In

We stayed a night here, staff told us it was fine. There is a power outlet on the big tree. Great place to be first/lasts in the pools. No loud music at night.

Report Check-In

This is great place to park and go to the pools. We parked here the one day, walked 2-3 minutes to the pools and then drove down to the river to sleep for the night. 3.8m tall truck camper and no issues with height.
