The road in front of the hotel is now finished; however, the one way road is still blocked right before the hotel. We had to drive around to the northwest and drive down the one way street the wrong way for one block to park our truck. Good spot and fast wifi. Paid 70s for double with bathroom.

Excellent place to stay with big secure parking, big rooms, hot water (normally hot morning and warm in evening), fast wifi and great staff. 60sol for a matrimonial with private bathroom (low season). You can hand wash clothes outside and there's a line to hang stuff on. Within easy walking distance of main square (2 blocks). Noise carries quite a bit so if the hotel or road is busy you may want earplugs, but we've found that's quite standard in most town hostels/hotels so far.

At present the road outside the hotel is being redone so there is no access for vehicles other than motorcycles. If you are on a motorcycle, park up and let them know you want to stay. They will open the garage for you and it's easy to ride up the path even with a fully loaded, wide bike. I am not sure how long the roadworks will be there but it's moving swiftly so maybe another 2 weeks or so?

Perfect place with parking for small rigs. You can sleep in the car and take shower for 30 sokes car + 2 pers.

Un espacio donde te sentirás como en tu casa, con todas las comodidades, muy bien ubicado y con excelente atención y precios. ideal para viajeros, ya que cuenta con estacionamiento (cochera) donde tu vehículo estará bien resguardado. WiFi, agua caliente. la mejor opción de Ayacucho.

Silvio is awesome! So friendly. No problem with access for our 4runner with top box. The rooftop is a great place to hang out. 30sol per night. The town is a nice place.

Entrance gate fits for cars with 3m height. Higher would be a problem. We could stay in our camper without paying for a room. Paid 30 Soles with electricity. Great place to visit the beautiful town.

The owner is really nice. We were able to sleep in our car and use the shared bathroom for 25 Soles per day.

Really liked it here. They don't do just camping, you have to take a room, which is cheap enough: PEN 50 for a double with shared bathroom, 80 for ensuite. Looks like they only have one spot for overlander vehicle, and the vehicle better be shorter than 6 m in order to get through the large gate when cars are parked in the street. Secure: gate is shut unless a vehicle needs to get in or out. At night the court yard is full with regulars' vehicles. Rooms look old but are very comfy (as has been mentioned before), the owner Silvio is a very friendly and helpful guy. 3 minutes to the plaza on foot.

habitación doble en la cuarta planta sin ascensor con baño compartido nos la.dejaba por 40s. finalmente dormimos en el coche, aparcamos y nos dejó con ducha por 20s.

Planned to go straight through after many negative comments, but almost dark when we arrived. No problem finding the place (other than the GPS trying to take us the wrong way up one way streets as usual). Friendly people, clean!, comfortable and nice temperature. Short walk to square and very nice restaurant (Via Via) opposite side of square to the Cathedral, with a balcony overlooking the square. We liked it so much we staid 2 nights.

Absolutely spot on budget option. I paid 25 Sol for a single on the third floor with the roof terrace overlooking city all to myself. Good showers, clean, very friendly staff and decent wifi plus good location and safe parking. No need to look elsewhere.

We spent 1 night here, 45 Soles for a double with bathroom shared. Rooms look old but are compfy. Good hot shower and safe parking.

We did not stay here, but looked at the location because we thought about moving to a cheaper place. Hostal with secure parking, maybe possible to camp in the parking lot. Good location for exploring town.
