Description
It’s an empty gravel lot next to Pizza Hut and McDonald’s is accross the street. A local said it's from a closed down business. Lots of truckers pulled in during the night and stayed too. McDonald’s WiFi reaches here.

Great place to sleep! there's definitely some road noise but we weren't bothered by it at all. the famed McDonald's wifi does indeed reach to the far end of the parking lot!
Report Check-InIn my van RV. One semi there when I pulled in later a second both gone in morning one van RV came in early evening. Not much of any other parking available. Although this is an interstate off-ramp not much semi parking.

Report Check-InEmpty dirt lot next to Pizza Hut. A police officer saw us pull in and park next to a truck camper and didn’t bother us. Quiet spot. (We tried the Maverick first but there are no overnight signs everywhere.If you stay where the trucks are parked it’s the entrance for the truck gas pumps - so constant noise. Stay here instead).
Report Check-InNice spot. Shared it with just one semi that left early, though in the evening I saw several pull in and out. Dirt lot that I’d imagine get very difficult to traverse in the rain. Wi-Fi still reaches across the street, good enough to stream video and download audiobooks.

Report Check-Ingood stop. lot was a used car lot from closed business next door. taco bell/pizza hut combo joint right next door to the north. OK RV, Dollar General, McDonald's and Carl's Jr. directly across the street. both the latter have free wifi.... although slow. 5G VZW is screaming fast here....over 200mbps downloads. only 3 religious tv channels coming in over the OTA. lot is huge but on an incline. less drastic towards the bottom and parked perpendicular to it. convenient stop. not as noisy as you'd think with I40 so close. couple semis pulled in later at night and left in the morning. no one bothered me.
update....there is a laundrymat across the street too

This is an empty gravel parking lot adjacent to Pizza Hut/Taco Bell. Just one trucker here now. we moved across the road to Maverick because they have restroom.
