Still 25Q pp/night, nice bathroom, shower, kitchen, chill areas with hammocks. Really nice gardens and super friendly staff as well. We managed to squeeze our van inside the gates. Only downside - it's right beside the river so lots of mosquitoes in the evening!

Amazing and friendly owner Adixa is happy to welcome overlanders. 25 quetzal per night electricity, shower and kitchen. Very cool place, they can take you to the surf break by boat.

Amazing vibe!!!

This place is awesome. Just a hostel for surfers with cold showers and a kitchen but the owners and staff treat you like family.
I parked a small trailer outside the gate in the street expecting to spend a night and wound up staying four instead.
The town is small and while I dont surf I could appreciate that the breaks were consistent. Depending on the time of the year you can go from beginner to "Why am I out here?"
I recommend as a place to chillax and shake the road dust off for a few days. Some people plan a day and spend a month ;-)

This is the best place to stay in the area. They have everything you could ask for. Gracious owners, Lane and Adixa. The staff of boys that watch over the place are amazing as well. They really take care of you. You can surf, rent the kayak or fish for free or at a very minimal cost. Full service communal kitchen is available. I Have a 1984 FULL SIZE chevy G30 van and it fit inside the courtyard. They allowed me to use power for free the whole time. 30Q per night. Great vibes and wonderful location. Highly recommended!

Small Hostel / camp spot, Ixtapa. Betty is awesome and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome! On a side street so there is a little walk for getting groceries, beer etc. but all close by. You can paddle out to surf spot or Betty will take you by boat for small fee. We went on a boat tour with her that was really fun. We parked on dead end street in front , electric is good and water to fill tanks. Quiet secure location with good folks running it. No problem for rigs our size or bigger.
