Free 10-hour parking. Parking restrictions not enforced after 7pm. We stayed overnight on the upper deck. Most of the time there is a porta-potty on the bottom deck by the creek.

Typical city parking garage but quiet at night and is located in the heart of the city. If you are visiting and want to chill downtown, this is a great spot. No fires, no bathrooms. Tons of local restaurants and bike shops if you are traveling with bikes.
