Latest Check-Ins

We spent a couple of nights here as the main harbour park was full of boats.

The road can be busy but that didn’t bother us

Report Check-In

Free spot for couple of nights, 50 min walk from Quebec City center. Squeezed between busy expressway and industrial area , expect diesel engines to wake you up in the morning. Safe, few other rigs parking overnight

Report Check-In

We stayed 1 night, lot was full when we arrived but a spot opened up and it did the trick. Path was busy and lots of street noise, but convenient for being in the city.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Good spot to stay for the night, but oh so damn noisy starting at the crack of dawn. Large trucks pass by constantly during the day, so don't expect to sleep in!

Report Check-In

Nice spot for an overnight stay. Stayed two nights with some sightseeing in between. 9 or 10 others here Saturday night, but Sunday night only 2 others, one a massive 6-wheeled overland rig that was much too big for the spaces- he partially blocked a handicap spot which is kind of uncool. But nobody needed it so no harm done.
Nice walk or bike ride into old Quebec.

Report Check-In

Great spot. Stayed one night with some other RVs

Report Check-In

Great spot. road does quest down at night. didn't hear the train once.

Report Check-In

Great spot! Part pretty river walk, part industrial, part road. Night time noise low, good sleep. Morning industrial noise bad in the morning, OK we were up. Nice bathroom top of hill near park

Report Check-In

Parked here for two nights. 24-hour parking in town costs $70. There is street noise that bothered us more than other locations but we did sleep pretty good.

Report Check-In

parking lot. many users. riad noise vut clise to city abd convenient.
second time here.

Report Check-In

It was easy to find and not far from the city. Loved it.

Report Check-In

roads in construction around the site...

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Small parking lot almost empty. We were able to park with two travel trailers. Tables and water fountain. A bit noisy, but alright for one night. Most of the people are biking around here obviously. The view is impressive when going under the bridge and along the St Lawrence. Unfortunately the park is located in the seaport, where we cannot see the river.

Report Check-In

The perfect spot! Lots of other travelers, met some cool people while staying here. Good location just off the bike path. Felt very safe and at home.

Report Check-In

It was a nice place to stay the night. You do hear traffic although it’s minimal. There is construction going on right now in the morning so be prepared to wake up before or be woken up by it. There’s a nice trail along the St Lawrence River

Report Check-In

Still a perfect place to stay so close to oldtown... with a bike onboad ;) many thanks for the hint

Report Check-In

This was an excellent quiet place to stay. There were a few other RVs here. We were here on the weekend so perhaps it would be noisier on weekday mornings. We easily rode our bikes into old Town and locked them up so we could explore on foot. Our 2nd day we drove up the hill and parked beside the Musee de Plaines d'Abraham for the day. It costs $9/12 hours and was well worth it as a central location to head into other areas of the city on bikes and of course wander around the plains.

Report Check-In

This spot was super convenient and quiet at night. If you have bicycles you can ride the bike path directly behind the parking spots straight to the lower old city in less than 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. There is a rack to lock bikes and then go explore the city by foot.
We were the only vehicle staying overnight but others park to bike or walk the trail. There is a water fountain to fill smaller jugs or bottles.

Report Check-In

parking just off the main road. free overnight, feels very safe, very quiet over night and not too far from the city.

Report Check-In

Arrived around 9pm and was the only vehicle here. Flat, quiet, only a hum of traffic from the road and nearby construction. Recommend!

Report Check-In

Nice little car park on the side of the road. There’s about 50 car parks here with both RVs and vans parked for the night. Lots of road works along the way but not a lot of traffic

Report Check-In

Decent size lot. Several other vehicles. Bright lights from the plant and some early noise from construction. Water from fountain. No toilets but my partner found a construction Port a potty by walking around.

Report Check-In

Nice place, lots of parking spots. We were about 10 RV, cars and minivans. Quiet st night, a bit noisy around 5h30 am

Report Check-In

nice place to park. had company from.other RVs, but no issue. 5km walk to the city center or a short uber ride. there are other parking lots ahead where you can park for the day while visit the city center, but they do not allow overnight so we came back to this one.

Report Check-In

It’s just a little parking lot of the road that runs along the water. A little bit of traffic noise but lots of spots and there were at least 6 or 7 of us parked and ready to camp here tonight. Overall great spot in the city to park and sleep which was exactly what I was looking for!

Report Check-In

Great spot in the city, about three other campers/vans joined us.

Report Check-In

I stayed here from 08/17/21 to 08/20/21. There were many other campers here from converted vancampers to large RVs. Excellent location, although no washrooms available within walking distance. Plenty of noise due to proximity to industrial park and highway.

Report Check-In

Free overnight parking drinking fountain picnic table garbage bin and bike trail to old Quebec City

There is tennis court beside the parking lot. There is nice washroom and shower for player.

Report Check-In

As everyone thus far described; easy access, 3 other camper vans, a wee bit of car and truck noise up to 23h, super quiet night, 7am and my 4 year old is still sound asleep. Great spot.

Report Check-In

Perfect location for CamperVan. 3rd time here

Report Check-In

Love this spot!! Stay 3 nights in a row while exploring the city. Each night there were a hand full of other campers which was reassuring. It’s right next to a bike path and there is a little water fountain to fill small jugs. Quiet at night but the morning gets pretty loud.

Report Check-In

Excellent paved parking near a bike path. Flat ride to Old Quebec in about 20 mins. Great night sleep and picnic tables nearby.

Report Check-In

Excellent parking with picnic tables and not far from downtown. We parked with our 36ft motor home without any problem.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

nice parking and overnight stay. i sleep in my car. no sign that ban overnight stay.

Report Check-In

If the noisy of the road don't bothers you it is a quite relax place for sleep. As the others said no toilets here!

Report Check-In

Don’t go on the gravel road on the other side of the railway beside the Tennis Club. We spent the night there without problem but early in the morning the tennis club manager told us that it is a private area. The spot ok for overnight parking is in the area wher you see pick nick table.

Report Check-In

-This was during the COVID-19 pandemic so take it as you want-
The night was pretty quiet, we were only two compact crossover SUV in the parking.
A nice place to park "near" the old Quebec. Wi-Fi is ok as long as you park yourself the other side of the railway on the adjacent gravel road.

Report Check-In

It’s not the most scenic spot but ok for a night or two. Convenient location being so close to the city. Unfortunately there aren’t any toilets nearby.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

great place to stay but actually there is a job site near the parking place. starting around 6am. but it was ok.
we parked on the parking place not near the tennis courts.

Report Check-In

We stand beside the tennis courts, beyound the tracks. Very quite at night until 0540 when the greenkeeper started his buisness ...

Report Check-In

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting the city. We crossed the rail tracks and parked on the gravel road beside the tennis courts. It was no problems at all. The port security drove passed a couple of times but didn’t stop. There was a good strain on the tracks which didn’t move so we were shielded from road noise. There was a little bit nothing to worry us. We walked into Quebec old town which took about 45 mins and got an Uber back (with shopping 🙄). We used a small supermarket on Rue Saint Jean close to junction of Saint Augustin. Shops within city wall were expensive.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Spent 1 night here while visiting Quebec City. Pretty good, no one bothered us, a couple other campers were there - only complaint is some road noise that kept us from having a great sleep.

Report Check-In

Spent night on gravel road south of park. We got a little better cellular reception there. A camper van and camper pickup also spent the night at the park.

Report Check-In

Quiet with birds singing around in the morning by the Promenade Samuel de Champlain. Great location if you gave à Bike!

Report Check-In

Perfect for one night near the city. Drinking water.
Eau potable.

Report Check-In

We stayed last night but on the gravel road that is just past the train tracks beside the parking lot. It's quieter there. We will be staying here for two nights at least.
This is actually a very nice location near to the heart of the city. If you're a bit of a history buff, there is a mixed-use path just kitty-corner from the parking lot that details the Battle of the Plains of Abraham as you ascend.

Report Check-In

we spent 6 nights there in order
to visit Quebec city. very nice place but noisy which does not bother us.

Report Check-In

Easy accessible parking lot. Stayed one night. Next day we continued about 2km on the road aside the water, to find a free parking spot for 4 hours (no overnight). Perfect to visit Vieux-Québec by foot.

Report Check-In

Its a nice place for a night. Relatively quiet during the night. There were a few other vans staying overnight.

Report Check-In

Great place to sleep but you can hear the traffic. No toilets

Report Check-In

Great location in the heart of Quebec City. There is a gravel road behind the parking lot where we spent the night - a bit more secluded and away from the road. A little noise and light coming from the marina and one other rv parked there with us

Report Check-In

very nice and calm place. there was an Rv when we arrived late at night. Even though is by the road it didnt feel too busy at night so noise wasn't a problem.

Report Check-In

ideal place to stay/park/overnight and visit the town by bicycle

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

Summer only. Inaccessible due to snow most time of year. Currently 2,50m. ;-)

Report Check-In

Parking en bord de route. Calme la nuit.

Report Check-In

Free parking a few KM to old town. There is a cycle way so if you have bikes it is perfect to get around. No issues overnight or during the day. No infra. Continuous buzz from the road nearby.

Report Check-In

guter Platz zum übernachten.

Report Check-In
