Worst service ever. We wanted to book our insurance for Argentina next month. The office lady made a mistake in our car model during the booking. My husband saw it and told her to change it. But she came back a moment after and told us that she can't make the registration for our car because she had already register our plate in another model and now we have to wait 2 weeks that we could do another registration with this company. A big nonsense. The woman didn't even apologize for her mistake. Not profesional at all.

Reinaldo helped us with SOAPEX (international insurance for foreign vehicles). The website is down and we are trying to buy this insurance for more than 30 days. Reinaldo bought for us in 5 minutes and payed with his chilean credit card and then we payed him in cash (no surcharge!). Also he gave us tips about Carretera Austral and which way to go when in north (futaleufu or chaiten). Very helpful and friendly guy!!!
