Good spot. Freezing cold, snowed quite a bit. Puddles to get in

Report Check-In

Long, steep gravel climb through branches that may pinstripe your rig. 4x4 helpful, but maybe not necessary unless it’s rainy. High clearance definitely helpful. Leads to a large gravel area that’s not level but not terrible. Enough space to turn around and spread out. There is no space to turn around until you get to the top.

Stayed here one night, big open space with amazing views! Not to windy not to buggy. Small fire pits. 4x4 would be helpful to get up there but not necessary.

we tried to get there but we had to turn around at a big puddle.
we also had contact to the ground once or twice with a dodge grand caravan.

Good views and quiet spot. Be careful when navigating there on the side road not to blindly follow Google or you will miss the turn off, taking you down the side road back to the highway (but note that on the side of the side road towards the US it is much rougher than the side toward Dawson City).

One of the best campsites in the Yukon. Great view over endless hills and forest until the Tombstone Mountains in 85 km distance. 2 km dirtroad in good shape are leading from the Top of the World Highway to a gravel pit with lots of space. The entrance from the southeast is in better shape then the one from the northwest. Quiet, peaceful.

Nice, road really easy, no problem even with the rain

Top of the world, top of the view.
Quiet with a lot of room to turn around if you drive to the GPS coordinates.
The road is a bit rough. But ok for small camper.

It's an amazing place! Take a road up until it turns right. There's a big gravel lot with an amazing view and there's a smaller one a bit higher with less view but more wind protection and a bit more cozy for tent camping
