Official rest area, with separate parking for trucks / RV's.
When we arrived late at night, the truck side was overflowing so we parked on the (nearly empty) car side.

Only a couple RV spots in the truck section - no thanks! One across the highway WAY better.
Report Check-InI arrived around midnight and the car parking lot was sparse. I parked facing 401. When I woke up at 6, there were a few other cars near me but they appeared to be employee cars, not car campers.
The restrooms were clean. I only had one bar of service with my AT&T phone. I did not notice the ability to connect to Wi-Fi.
