1 nighter here. 150 pesos. Drove down to the cliff spot (not the fishing area). Go right down the steep dirt road instead of going left toward the fishing area, 4wd will be necessary. There’s 2 spots down there. Not level by any means but we made it work. Site was a bit trashed but the view was amazing. Quiet and safe spot for sure.

Report Check-In

We needed good internet for working and some peace and quiet after San Diego - this was perfect.
Important: make sure you ask Ricardo to restart his modem so you can log in (your devices won't connect otherwise).
Ricardo is a super nice guy. If you need water you can use the taps in the garden, and he'll let you plug in to his house or shop to get electricity at no extra cost.
Toilets and shower (hot) are clean and comfortable.
Give some love to Princesa, his super lovable dog!
The big palapa near the front has a nice view, good internet and a decent seating space - pretty good office for a few days!
La Bufadora is nearby - best to walk there as they charge you for parking literally anywhere.

Ee didn't stay because as it was raining that day we had to engage 4x4 to get up the slope again when we try to find a level place. Very sticky mud when wet.

Very beautiful spot. Views are amazing and I wouldn't mind spending a week here relaxing and exploring. The owner lives on site at the entrance and is very nice. Clean flushing toilets and hot shower. Perfect spot!

Report Check-In

Nice spot before or after crossing the border. Camping to the left of the entry is best, with wifi, water, bathrooms, showers, electricity. There is more camping by the fishing access, but with only pit toilets and not as nice in our opinion. Great sunset!

Report Check-In

Great camp spot, 70 pesos to park camper. Tienda with packaged goods available. Hot showers and wifi. Fishing possible down the cliff side. Windy.

Report Check-In

Great quit place, very simple indeed. We paid, 70 pesos...change us from usa....asta la vista

Report Check-In

Great spot to stay. Paying $4USD per night per car. Ricardo is a great host and while he doesn't speak much english is always trying to make sure that your stay in pleasant. Free hot showers, yes they are super hot. Wifi is decent. He just got a range expander so you can even get it while in your tent. But the fastest speeds are closer to the house. Download speeds average 350 kbps. More than enough for word document transfers for those working and okay enough for those downloading music, TV and movies. Don't think about streaming as it will lag heavy.

there is a steep dirt road that goes to the lower campsites and fishing rocks.

Report Check-In

Report Check-In

We loved this little place so much that we extended our stay for 2 additional nights. The view was lovely, especially for sunset. The guy running the place was so nice and accommodating. The shower is hot and clean. It was only 70 pesos per night. The wifi was really strong. Surprisingly strong, actually.

Report Check-In

Stayed at lot by the entrance. There isn't much shade, so we asked if we can park beside the area is he building for events. He told us to park in the palapa, which was great. We did a bit if damage to the concrete pad though, so don't know if he will continue to do so. Great WiFi, hot showers so we ended up staying for 5 nights to get some things done online. Friendly owner, really trying to make a nice campground slowly. Birthday party at the event area on last night, other campers moved to the back of the lot.

Report Check-In

70 pesos, hot showers, wifi works. Basically a dirt parking lot up by the office with a view of the ocean. Can camp further out, as well.

Report Check-In

rustic camping option on a cliff. There is a dirt lot as soon as you enter that gives you access to toilets and wifi, but it's not scenic and not very level. So you want to drive to the second area for camping. You go down a steep dirt road and then you hit a paved road. You take the paved road out and you will have the option for a spot with a palapa just off the road or if you keep going almost to the end of the road you will see a larger spot with a primitive pit toilet. There is also a dirt road that you could drive down to get lower to the beach, but it's steep and not for the faint of heart.

Report Check-In

place is called camp #7. There is internet and flush toilets, showers at the building right by the entrance. 5usd per night. Internet can be reached if you camp in gravel lot that's on left from store. Electricity is also available, but if you park close to buildings.

Report Check-In

AJKatandDog- it was the perfect first stop of the trip. We payed $5 US because we didn't have anything smaller then drove down a four wheel track to a nice primitive spot on a cliff.
