Called today. Site is permanently closed. They are not going to repair nor reopen the dump.

other than the two full service campgrounds in town there does not seem to be any water or dump available.

Opens 1 May for the summer season. Frozen over and closed for winter. If you are desperate for a water-fill in winter, try the car-wash places. We had a mixed reception from them, but eventually they took pity on us and allowed us to fill.
