Carefull of the no way sign ! | Warning

Highly Corrupted Police. We do everything right. But they find us, but can’t tell us exactly for what. They didn’t even interested in our papers, they want only Money. No Recipe.
We must follow them to the police station.

But now I have the private Phonnumber and the name of the police chief. I hope I can report him on a official side. And the corruption will end soon.

we did not see the ioverlander warning here. I wish we had seen it. we followed the natural progression of the road and rest of the traffic which is what Google maps suggested. police were waiting and saw us going this way. they claim there is a sign which we did not see. they asked for international driving licence and seemed friendly at first. then they took us to the police station and told us we had committed an offence. they asked for 2 million. we refused to pay, and said they were corrupt. didn't go down well but we stayed for almost an hour arguing with Google translate. he then claimed it was the same fee as motorbikes (300,000). after a while he dropped it to 200,000 without a receipt. we gave him the money, shook his hand and walked out. best way to avoid is to avoid this street.

The sign is very difficult to see. We drove to the right and in the end a police officer asked for the pass. Visibly disappointed not to be able to collect.

Just follow all others and don’t follow your GPS. Easy to avoid problems here. Police is around and watching you! :-)

Watch out! There is a non-standard mostly-hidden No Entry sign. You can't stay on the main road. You have to divert around to the right. This one-way system is strictly enforced.

Police is ready to find something to ask money.
Watch out for the no way sign as said !
They asked us to show our international driving licence. Fortunately we had it. They let us go without payment after a little chat as all papers were ok.
Two other Europeans just after us didn't have their international driving licence and payed a bribe.

Beware, turn right in to the market if going south!
I passed on a Tuesday, the police where there and ready for me. (they ignored the locals going the same way...)
400k, no receipt, was to tired to argue...

At this place the GPS wanted to make us go straight on the « main road » but there is a « no entry sign » (a bit hidden) saying that you can only take this road on tuesdays. Otherwise you need to take the small road on the right, going back on the main road 500m after. Police is here and ready to ask for money if you take left so be aware :)
