Description

Nervous about parking my 32ft motorhome on the beach But I was thrilled when the lady at " the big store " ( Ace hardware )( where you get your 10$ yearly beach parking permit ) told me about this secret little parking lot. Almost to the end of the road. As close as you can be to the beach without being on the beach. Next to showers. Stayed 3 days and no one said a thing about it. Felt much safer than being on the beach. Great restaurant across the highway top. Bring bug spray .. they are asking $14.00 for a can of Off across the street at the lumber yard.

Wifi available on the beach just in front of the entrance.

Latest Check-Ins

There’s a tiny parking lot right by the beach with bathrooms, but you can keep driving onto the beach, that’s where everyone is parked. We have a FWD transit connect with no problem driving on the beach bc the sand is packed. Definitely mosquito heavy here right now, but the wind off the water is keeping them at bay. Beautiful sunset, gonna have a great sunrise in the morning. We arrived on a Friday night so the beach is poppin with lots of big trucks and music and 4 wheelers. Got a beach pass ($10) from “the big store” (ace hardware) 3 miles east of here. It’s also a HUGE grocery store with regular prices you can buy anything from ice, to booze, to food. 10/10 would recommend this cool low-key camping spot!
