A wonderful and quiet night in the park. The best sleep I’ve gotten for weeks, and beautiful to wake up to. This spot is only good for smaller rigs and vans, I parked along the curb in my sedan with other sedans and minivans. Anything larger would definitely stick out. Slow AT&T service.

awesome spot for city camping. very quiet and felt safe. beautiful spot to wake up and let my dog run around! got a great nights sleep- internet is slow.
Report Check-InBeautiful and quiet spot! Spent 2 nights here along with a couple of campers and vans. Thursday night was no problem for parking but Friday night was extremely busy! Lots of sporting events happening, started to slowly ease up after 9.
Report Check-InWe came in late, many cars pulled off in front or behind us, peooke walked out into the woods or others' cars. Looked like either traffic or gay meeting place. We left.
Report Check-InSuch a beautiful place to sleep. Did take a bit to feel comfortable since it appeared a little too good to be true but ultimately wasn’t bothered. In the AM had an enjoyable morning walk to the dog park*! Only flag is for HR rigs be careful of low hanging branches :)
*dog park requires permit. You can apply for temporary 1 week tourist permit ($15) at https://neworleanscitypark.org/visit-city-park/city-bark/#dogparkpermit
