Local de apoio a viajantes, pagamos 25 reais por pessoa para usarmos o estacionamento do hotel com banheiros e duchas. A noite tem um pouco de barulho dos quiosques da frente mas não vai a noite toda. Equipe e funcionários gente boa, solícitos, prontos a ajudar em qualquer coisa, te deixam bem a vontade. Passamos alguns dias alternados, foi uma experiência boa.

Ótimo lugar para estacionar e passar a noite, seguro, de frente para a praia do caolho. 30 reais por pessoa com direito a ducha e café da manhã, atendentes simpáticos e solícitos

Deuxième passage à São Luis et deuxième fois à cet hôtel. Toujours aussi sympa. Vous ne payez que le petit déjeuner 20R par personne.

Hotel very close to the beach of Sao Luis.
We payed 20 reais per person per night to park there and us the bathroom, shower (outside) and have breakfast in the morning.
Friendly staff and breakfast ok.
A bit noisy at night though.

Perfect place to stay in São Luis. We stayed 3 nights for 15 p/p R for day with typical braszilian breakfast (many fruits). Very friendly staff.

Franco is so helpful and welcoming. He even took us to dinner with his family :-). Laundry service next door, nice beach bar with pleasant (amd not too loud) life-music and good caipis right across the street. We stayed here four nights, it is very convenient.

Sur le parking de l’hôtel, vous ne payez que le petit déjeuner 15R$ pp. Vous pouvez utiliser les douches extérieures et le Wc. Wifi de bonne qualité.
Pour aller au centre ville l’arrêt de bus est juste en face.
Bruyant le soir.
Équipe très sympa.

Yes, really friendly people here. The manager Franco speaks some english. We had the offer to pay 30 pp including breakfast and a shower inside. We took a shower outside and just payed 20 pp for the night and the breakfast. Easy to get in town by bus from here.

Very cool owner. You can park your car in the parking lot. Toilet inside, shower outside without any privacy. Excellent internet. Breakfast included, R$15 pppn. Beach is 30m from the parking lot. Many bars and restaurants around, bus stop 2min from the hotel to get into the center. Recommend

This was a great place to stay. Very inviting. The owner loves overlanders and the clerk was also very friendly. They have a nice bathroom inside, but just an outdoor shower (fine by me) We came during the week and the place across the street closed down around 12, so it wasn't too noisy for us. No charge to stay but they asked you pay 15 R for the normally free breakfast. It's a Great deal! I drove through Historical center, but the streets were narrow, full of traffic, and looked sketchy. This place was a much better option

In São Luis waterfront we could find this hotel which accept us and our Defender to spend the night. It was a creazy noisy night because of a big week end event in Sao Luis but so happy to find a place to sleep free...all the hotels were full up and historic downtown felt not safe to stay. We asked twice at Policeman to park in their xasern but they didn't agree. Thank you to Atlantic Praia Hotel to help us and for using shower and bathroom in the morning.
