The road is marked with a white wooden "over there road" sign that says Winecup Gamble Ranch. There is a smaller sign that explains boundaries between BLM and privately owned. We stayed at the turnaround right off HWY 93, as we were only staying the night. It was very peaceful, and the views in the morning were beautiful.

Parked in the big pullout across from the sign explaining private/BLM land. Surrounded by expansive views across low vegetation/high desert
