Description

Series of trails accessing the lake (water reservoir). Some are for 4x4 or quads, but there's a loop at the top that provides a good level spot for a Class C {24ft}. No room for trailers. Don't venture down if you don't have the proper vehicle. There are a couple more places near route 27. It's all sand. Quiet spot with superb view of the lake. Didn't see any other campers aside a couple of pick ups that left before sunset. No signs forbidding camping

Very quiet night here. Some trucks drove by. Fisherman perhaps. sad all the trash. ignorance. Really good dirt road in to a level spot. Just stay on top way above the lake. No facilities. Please don't build fires. Very dry and there are some trees. Big rigs can definitely fit in here! thanks for iO!

What a wonderful place! Yes there was trash up top when you initially leave the roadway, but we drove our non-4x4 Class B van a short distance on the dirt road and pretty quickly came to a little turnoff that was a simple flat spot on the grassy knoll with a fantastic view of the lake and far enough from the road that any noise was low. Perfectly level as well

Lots of room to park here. I didn’t see anyone else. I didn’t have any issues.
There is a lot of trash but it just looks like it would be from locals coming to party here. I picked up a trash bag full of beer bottles 😭

Lot of garbage but we clean up hope it will be still clean but I am not sure 🤷‍♂️because people of the place came here for party in day

We arrived late afternoon. Tried to park right down near water but there were many very large ant hills so we went up to the top. There were no other campers, one vehicle was looking for a lost horse. Views of the water were very pretty.
