We looked and looked and asked and asked, but all of Charlestown (most of Boston) is either Resident Only (during the week) or Two Hour Parking. Even tougher is finding parking big enough for a 30’ bus.
This is the spot. There is plenty of parking, but it will get a little noisy as this is right next to the harbor. Lots of truck traffic, but 'beggars can’t be choosers'. We stayed here several nights with no issues. It’s about a 6 minute bike ride/12 minute walk to the Bunker Hill Monument (Start/End of the Freedom Trail).
With the extremely limited options in Boston, this spot is great.

We overnight here. Perfect place. Was saturday night. No issues. Some dogwalkers and small boats in the ramp. Local people confirm that is a good place to stay
Report Check-InThere are no overnight parking signs in this lot but parking on the streets over here seem like a good option. No signs.
Report Check-Inafter 2 minutes, a guy arrived and tell us there is no free parking but its 60$ the Day.. maybe badluck.. we finaly went close to north point park
Report Check-InOne of the few places we could even find, and it isn’t terrible. it felt safe and secluded. all the spaces are flat and big. there was minimal traffic during the night. we did have a car pull up late at night blasting music, just some kids having a good time for a while before they drove off, no issues. there was construction on the bridge that was very loud at first, but it died down early enough. we will be trying the parking lot at the Casino next time, but this is an excellent back up.
Report Check-InSlept here in our car for two nights. Quite a lot of cars and not much space. Location is good though, about 10 minutes walk from Bunker Hill. Some noice from vehicles passing by, but it is not too bad. Over all, a nice location, if you can find an available spot.
