nice little eco campground, hot water, restaurant?( they have tea, cafe and chocolate, and puzza andqueque)

This is such a wonderful gem of a campsite and I really enjoyed my stay here! Owner Paul was so warm and friendly and was helpful in accommodating me when I'd arrived close to dark on bike and they were fully booked. Adjacent to a lovely spot by the river where you can swim in a deep pool and have a tranquil moment on the rocks! A cosy, intimate and peaceful site. They speak English and Czech too. Hot showers and eco-toilets were clean and tidy. Also a useful spot to camp to hike into the park especially if you have a bike/panniers and therefore can't take this through the 3 hour trek through the forest to the other camps which are quite far. Definitely worth a visit and also enjoy lovely chat with the owners!
Report Check-InOpen. 10.000 CLP pppn. Very nice campsite with only a few places but each space is super nice camping.
Report Check-InUnfortunately, they are currently closed. The sign is still there though, so maybe just bad luck for us.
Report Check-InThis couple really deserves it's visitors! Paul and Paula have set up a nice campground and put effort into making your stay as nice as possible. They also work to keep the cochamo valley as nice as it is, promoting sustainable tourism. Try the family pizza and cake and go down to the little beach at the river when the sun is out! Only disadvantage is that there is no roofed shelter (yet) for when it s raining.
Report Check-InReally nice English speaking couple, they make you feel very welcome. Hot showers
Report Check-InVery friendly camp guardians. Direct access to the river. Only there‘s a barking dog when you arrive.

Report Check-InThe place has just a small area for overland vehicle parking, no shade. Ended up going to camping Arrayanes. The coordinates appear to be wrong, it’s location is 3 km further up the valley.
Report Check-InNice looking ecocamping with hot shower. Stayed on a grassy area of the parking lot with our rooftop tent, but it’s quiet in the night, so perfect for us. Decided to stay and extra night after our hike. We did the day hike to La Junta and back, which was amazing (but long). If you have the time and a tent, go to La Junta and spend a couple days there! Payed 5000ppn. Owners are really friendly and you can ask them for anything!
Report Check-InGreat hosts and easy place to base for La Junta. We could safely leave our Jeep here for the night we were up in La Junta for no extra cost. Nice eco approach to everything and for 5k pppn, good deal.
Report Check-InWas very nice! Forest, hot water and great pizza. Nice base to head to la junta from. It is a few hundred metres further down the road on the right. Nice owners too.
