Big winery with hotel and wine spa in a nice scenery. Not allowed to camp at the winery anymore.

It is currently a quite fancy winery, hotel and wine spa. We asked if we could camp here and the lady at the reception told us that it used to be allowed, but nowadays not anymore. She would have let us though if the manager wasn’t there that moment she said. She even offered us to camp at her own garden nearby, because she didn’t know a safe place where we could camp otherwhise. We decided just to book a room there, because it’s very nice. We had a double room with view on the winery, breakfast, wine tour, tasting and wine bath and massage included for 320 GEL for 2 persons. Enjoyed the view and the pool a lot! Recommend to go, but not for camping unfortunately.
Report Check-InWe asked for a winetasting and if we could stay the night with our campingvan on the parkinglot because you can't drive after a winetasting. The manager said without hasitastion that it is not allowed for camper to stay at their House. So a real fail. We didn't drink nor eat anything.
Report Check-InArrived late, had wine tasting (5 gel per wine). Dinner was good. Very nice/ helpful staff. Camped at bottom of Grassy area. Almost flat. Used spa in the morning (15 gel per hour). Overall a very good quality experience.
Report Check-InHigh standard hotel. Excellent restaurant, it is worth the price. We asked before if we could "stay overnight" in the parking with our Sprinter, and they agreed. The parking is a bit sloped but we managed to get the camper flat. The final touch was the bath in swimming pool at 10 pm (we didn't ask...).
Report Check-InAfter calling the manager it was not possible to stay there with our big rig. So we decided to not do a wine tour and not to do a wine tasting and left. Bought some wine in Telavi...
Report Check-InJust as previous visitors, we had dinner with wine tasting and they let us camp for free. Toilets and shower was available next to the entrance gate.
Dinner and wine is not cheap however. We paid 120 GEL for two. Brekkie 25 GEL pp
After the wine tour we could as well stay in the backyard on the grass for free. Also at night the toilets were available. Nice, professional and little fancy looking place and very friendly people!
Report Check-InBig winery with bed and breakfast in a nice scenery. We did a tour and wine tasting and could camp in the garden without paying extra.
