Closed! Actually just the End of the road with some parking. But with a great view to the North. Great for Aurora watching.
Was really busy when we were there with locals watching the Northern Lights too.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
CLOSED for parking. Multiple signs advising NO PARKING; Tow away zone. Saw one parallel parking sign along roadway leading to cul-d-sac. Spot was maybe 50' long & 12' wide.
Report Check-Inwas there to check the place but not really nice to stay. Just a parallel parking on the road. the view is really nice tho
Report Check-InDidn’t end up staying. Incredible view. Nothing flat, even with leveling blocks. Maybe good to hang out but not sleep.
Report Check-InIt’s a very snowy night and not sure if this was the right place. This is basically the endd of a residential neighborhood.
There is a place for parallel parking, but that was it. May be better not during winter. Not sure that this is a place I would recommend seeing as it’s a residential neighborhood
Long drive up but views are magnificent. We stayed during the week and a school night so only had traffic till 10pm. Only issue is the slope....quite steep at the top to sleep. Recommend moving down a bit further. Not for big rigs.
Report Check-InCamped in the van. It's the trailhead for Mt. Baldy. I can sleep anywhere. There were cars come and going til midnight.
Report Check-InNot ideal at all for camping. Great for watching the Northern Lights and sightseeing. Cars are coming and going constantly, basically just a giant driveway. We decided not to sleep here.
