Description
Right at the water front. During the day there is a lady asking for money for parking, but officially it's free. Quiet at night, cool breeze and shade.
We haven't paid.

Spent 4 nights. No problem. There was another Overlander familie as well.
During the day there’s a guy asking for money to watch the cars, but never asked me anything. There was another overlander at the other parking spot close to this one, who was complaining about a lady who “takes care” of that one, and pushes him to pay something.
Over here was pura vida.
There are two lots on the beach near here. We parked at the one closer to the brewery. Spot right on the beach, guy watches your rig during the day for a tip and seemed safe at night. I think the brewery has night security. Stayed 2 nights

Report Check-InNice parking lot on the beach, level with security during the day. Right beside witchs rock restaurant and bar with wifi and showers! Free! Although security will ask for a few bucks
Report Check-InFree Parking right at the beach in Tamarindo. We had a great chilled night here with a good breeze. Really friendly and helpful lifeguards from 7:30am-6:00pm. And there is a restaurant right next to it with toilets & showers and a security at night. Just ask if you can use it.
