Description

*This place has received mixed reviews - some good, some bad.
.....
500 pesos per night, plus 150 pesos per day for Wi-Fi. Toilets were filthy and never cleaned during the 4 days we were in the park, showers were cold, grounds were a mess, pool was green and full of algae and other floaties and electricity on and off. In short, a mess and a rip off. Not a park I would recommend for overlanders. Free parking around the corner at Walmart. Maybe this park is better when the snowbird season starts and becomes Gringo Central, my comments are based on paying 650 pesos per night ( 500 plus 150 for wifi) for a dilapidated campsite and most amenities not working.

Endroit parfait pour visiter la ville de PV. Le propriétaire est très gentil, tranquille et pas trop collé un sur l’autre. Les douches sont propres avec de l’eau chaude. Sécurisé

It is indeed very expensive for no free wifi service , its also very básic, needs a lot of mainteinance , Pool is not clean 100% so i dont know why they charge so much if they cant have at least the bathrooms clean… overall, i felt safe and the place is pretty big and calm and the location is ok .
This family have another rv park in Francia street # 153 that are in better conditions and is a little bit cheaper ( no Pool ) but is walking distance to the beach and Malecon :) go and check it out and also is in the same street as Costco so it was perfect for us !

We parked back against the fence that faces appartments. Bad Mistake. Dogs barked all hours of the day and night. Garbage removal for the apartments was at midnight, and the banging and crashing was unbelievable. It is not a bad park. Nice Pool. 90% of the residents are long term, and are from Quebec, so they are not very welcoming, and they do not speak English or Spanish in this park. Just French.

We have been here for a week now. The place is super nice. The swimming pool with a slide, a wifi, only around the e trance but it still works u like in mamy other spots in Mexico. The bathrooms and toilets are fine, but they do experience some plumbing issues. The full hookups are very convienent, the grounds are lovely and most importantly it is close to everywhere. Nice sport Club, laundry, shops and restaurant, walmart is just round the corner. 500 per night for 4 people👍

Report Check-In

The place has showers and toilets were clean during our 4 day stay and were cleaned daily.

Report Check-In

The campsite is fairly well booked. There is a laundry opposite the square which also does color copying and laminating as well as taking passport photos - highly recommended.

Big campground, 500 pesos per night for 2 persons. Packed with french canadians with super large motorhomes. Mostly show off people like "look how expensive my car is"... Not really nice athmosphere but ok to visit Puerto Vallarta. Walmart and restaurant in walking distance

Nice clean RV park 500 pesos a night (25 bucks) for full hookups 30amp power. Pretty good deal considering the prices for accommodations in PV. Grounds are clean with many very nice shaded sites. Washrooms and showers are clean. Pool area is nice with large palapa with tables and chairs and free internet around pool. Internet in the camping area for a fee but many are using Starlink. Great location very close to a market and Sams club and Walmart, Costco is 3 km away. Airport 10 minute driveaway many restaurants minutes away. And the Staff and owners very friendly.

This place is a mess, 500 pesos per night, plus 150 pesos per day for Wi-Fi. Around 8 RV in the park, mainly permanents from Canada and the USA. Toilets and showers were filthy and never cleaned during the 4 days we were in the park, showers were cold, grounds were a mess, pool was green and full of algae and other floaties. In short, a mess and a rip off. Not a park I would recommend for overlanders. Free parking at Walmart just around the corner. Only reason we stayed here was that due to the possibility of Hurricane crossing the coast near Puerto Vallarta and the carpark at Walmart was to exposed according to police.

grand camping avec tous les services , 30 amperes , douche et toilettes impeccablement propre, wifi en supplement 7$ par jour, 500 pesos par nuit

Report Check-In

Really pleasant stay here. It appears most of the snowbirds have gone home, so it was relatively empty. We couldn’t find somewhere cheaper with secure parking. Expensive (500 pesos per site, not willing to budge on price but if you have a friend, you can share a spot), although after much wild camping, it was a glorious night with no dogs barking, no roosters, no traffic noise. Washrooms we’re spotless and shower was the best I’ve had in a long time, super hot!

Nice (ok but nice for mexico 😂) with a big pool, a big big palapas where the kids can play à l’ombre. 3 services and all good. Find for big rigs. 500 pesos for 2 adults with 3 young kids.

Report Check-In

Good but expensive campground. 500p for a camper and 2P. Stayed 3 nights, unfortunately showers were never cleaned in this time. Toilets ok. Wi-Fi is payable...

Tarif; 500 pesos for 2 adults and 650 pesos with one child per night

250pesos/night per person in a motorhome. Wifi 7US$/day, weak free Wifi at the office.

Está bien por una o dos noches
El lugar parece abandonado y con un mantenimiento olvidado pagamos $450 peso por una noche dos adultos y dos niños.

Expensive campground [OFFENSIVE COMMENTS REMOVED BY ADMIN]
Is ideal to stay a night, while visiting Vallarta.

Report Check-In

Price in 2019 is still 450 P a night, however they have cheaper deals if you stay longer.
Wifi at office, to lazy to walk over and see how it works.
Showers are nice and hot, clean bathrooms.
Staff here very helpful.
Nice pool.

Report Check-In

450 a night. There is one cheaper in town (400) but this one has a pool and gate. We have the feeling it's the same owner as on the other campsite. Lot's of canadians with big RV's. but to be fair the campground isn't too bad. But still too expensive for Mexico. Walmart, laundry and some food stalls close by.

Report Check-In

watch out, they charge 100 pesos for extra person.

Report Check-In

Super convenient to the airport, which was the reason for staying here. 450 NMP for one night, 3000 for the week. Weak wi-fi, well-kept grounds, pool and rest rooms, walk to Wal-Mart if you need.

Report Check-In

Regular American-style campground. Were there off season so it wasn't that nice and clean. Normal price M$ 350 per night with full hook-ups. Got him down on 300... Was okay for 1 night, wouldn't stay longer though.

Report Check-In

Nice, but expensive $ 320 pesos. Hard to find.

Report Check-In

A full service RV park just oustide of Puerto Vallarta. It’s got an amazing pool and OK wifi, but it was expensive (eventually bargained the owner down to 250 pesos/night) and the wifi was spotty. There were a ton of french canadians here during our stay.
