Beautiful hidden pull out off along Highway 101 with views of Long Island. The entrance is on the left side (heading North), just past the curve north of the 21-mile marker. Also right next to the 35mph signs. (Look at photos). Really easy to miss, so keep an eye out.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Permanent homeless camp set up. Did not feel safe. Plus you’d need 4x4 if it’s rained.
Report Check-InStill exists but someone living there semi permanently with their dog (barked at me on arrival). Plenty of room but felt weird staying nearby especially as they had blocked the entrance with logs.
Report Check-Inthanks to others for posting this location.
great private spot. if raining would suggest 4x4 as it was muddy in spots
beautiful views.
please keep it clean for future use so they don't shut it down.
Beautiful spot indeed, very quiet during the night, much better than the place further north, though not less mosquitos. Would stay again.
