Mexico
Reliable Wifi, Hot Showers, Pool, grass parking, with 6 lots (2 large, and 4 small for campers (our rig is 10 meters and I wouldn't bring anything bigger), and best of all its on the beach!.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
lovely grounds, nice pool, direct access to beach. Had a small space on dirt side for one night as was desperate, dogs are loose and peed on my van/tent. Paid 700 pesos for van and 1 person.Left the next day.
So beautiful, immaculate grounds. Such a pleasure to stay at. Thoroughly enjoyed. I can’t wait to go back next year. Everyone was so friendly. I liked the grassy sites, the relaxed atmosphere, the pristine clean pool, the upscale surroundings. It was so refreshing after some hard traveling. Our son had some medical difficulties and Geoff ran him to the doctor for us in his car no questions asked! It felt like a community.
Report Check-InPerfect place, clean secure and private. 5 min walk in town. Jeff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
Report Check-Inspent 3 nights here, very nice place, on the beach, pool and hot showers, clean
paid 400 pesos per night
Now open all year round. Probably one of the best maintained pools in MX. Caretaker Sergio is very competent and not only speeks very good english nur also some german. 5 min walk along the beach to town center.
Report Check-InStayed here for 3 days through New Years! In our opinion by far the best rv spot in town! Only a few spots, an awesome pool and friendly people. The caretaker was super nice, spoke English and gave us a bunch of recommendations for the area. 450 a night but cheaper for extended stays. Enjoyed the New Year’s Eve feast they put on for us for a small fee!!
Report Check-InThe park has a new owner, Suzanne from Calgary.
We paid 400 pesos and stayed 3 nights. It was a nice stay, especially because we got the last available place and it was on the first row from the beach.
Wifi is OK. Bathrooms are nice and clean.
The town of Peñita has everything you need. Walking over the beach brings you in 10 minutes on main street.
450 pesos a night. Only open Mid-Nov to April. Like most of the coast more focused on snowbirds from Canada. The other campsites in the area are cheaper but just a packed lot of big rigs so we chose the more expensive lot since it was Christmas.
Only a short walk to town along the beach, lavanderia just around the corner, pretty decent wifi, as long as you don’t stay on the spot next to the beach.
what a lovely place ! it's not cheap but worth the money . right at the beach , with a communal palapa where we all shared an evening drink. super clean bathroom , showers and fast internet. Carol and Brian, the Canadian owners are great and very helpful.
Report Check-InPros: very nice and cozy little RV park that caters to small rigs, perfect for overlanders who don't feel like camping between two huge bus-size rigs. Carole and Brian the owners are also very nice. Cons: 400 pesos per night is a bit steep and much more than we ever paid, especially we don't use water, sewer and power.
