Day use has a $5 fee, this is a state park. Day use parking is probably about a 10 min walk to the showers. The shower in C is right across from camp hosts. No parking other than camp sites nearby. I felt weird trying to sneak in but the campground is lovely so at only $23 a night, I splurged and reserved a spot. The shower was just warm, not hot. No temp control. But it did the job.
Report Check-InWalked in from the day use parking (there is a free to park, I have the state parks pass) I didn’t see any signs saying showers were for campers only, just go early if you can, showers were empty, nice pressure and hot!
Report Check-Inthese are probably showers only meant for the campers here, but we drove in and pulled up to one of the slots no problem, showers hot and free so can't complain! also filled up our water/disposed of waste water which was handy.
Report Check-InThere are showers in each area (A-D) the first one coming into the park seemed to have good hot water but it was occupied. I showered in the C group area. Lots of parking most likely because it’s October and it was not busy. The water was warm-ish. But it was a free shower. I drove past the registration desk coming into the park and left about a half hour later with no issues. I would have stayed back in that area as each of the sites are separate by thick brush and when it’s not busy season, would be a very cozy private place.
