Spring water at the left side of the road when driving to Ushuaïa. Fill up your bottles for free. They say it is potable water.
Look out for yellow construction. That‘s it!

Perfect drinking water that appears to come from a glacier according to people who were around. Good taste, no health problems the days afterwards.

Report Check-InWe checked this out but didn't like the look of the water, maybe we weren't quite in the right place but it didn't look drinkable to us. Instead we drove to the YPF in Tolhuin which has potable water at all the pumps out front and they let us fill all our tanks for free.
Report Check-InClean water from a pipe out of the wall. There is a yellow small hut-like construction where the pipe is. We filled our tank with a 20 l canister. So my husband had to go multiple times. While he was doing this at least 6 locals stopped and filled their 6l bottles and/or 20l garafons.
Report Check-InVery clean water. We boiled it and had very very little residue, so it’s clean. Very tasty too! A lot of locals were here filling up.
Report Check-InStill very good water source. Lot of locals stoped by here to take a water.
Report Check-Inthere's a 2nd pipe just up the road that seems to also be popular with locals for water.
Report Check-InIt's a pvc pipe from the wall. It looks like a sewer canal, but a lot of other people are filling up their jugs of water, too.
Report Check-InTasty water, great pressure, a lot better than almost all showers around here ;)
Report Check-Init may seem silly but we highly suggest filling up as much water as you can if you're headed to Ushuaia. the water in Ushauia is not potable and many locals suggest only drinking filtered or bottled water. we wish we knew this.
Report Check-InVery tasty water. Lots of locals filling jugs while we were there.
