DAY USE ONLY!
Big old Astronomy tower. In 2018: 80,000 rials per person to visit.
Only parking along the road. Access to the area around the tower is no longer possible.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

Nice little stop to or from Mashad. Haven’t seen anything like this and you can still see some (original?) turqious tiles. Entrance is 80.000 Rials for foreigners.
Camping around the tower is not possible anymore, the whole area is fenced. The tower is also surrounded by farmersland, so maybe you can camp there.

nice place, the caretaker opend the fench, stayed here for three days, we payd 2 x 80000 , each day for sleaping. good drinkwater.
