A few camp spots, this one has a large fire rings. Quiet and secluded in a pine forest a few miles off I40. A bit noisy due to nearby interstate.

Great place to stay. Lots of room. The larger area with the nice fire ring has a lot of trash.
Report Check-InDrove to this location and another spot located on the iOverlander app. There are servals spots that are closed in the Forrest areas. You will need to go a mile or two down the road and find spots in the field area on the right.
Report Check-InQuiet peaceful clean area in a pine forest with mountain views. @ultimate.vacation
Report Check-InAs described! Great shady area amongst pine trees, nice and flat campsites. Some noise from interstate. Poor T-Mobile reception.
Report Check-InBefore Devil Dog Rd, off hwy 40e. A really awesome, quiet, and most importantly; free campsite in Kaibab National Forest. Beautiful forest site for a good stop off on a long road trip. We saw a couple cars drive through while there but nobody camped anywhere around us. Seemed to have it all to ourself. Heard coyotes or maybe it was a wolf, howling sometime during the early morning. Pretty cold and dewy overnight, so make sure you’re prepared. We had good cell service also. Enjoy.
Report Check-InNice, however if traveling East bound, the I-40 construction you force you to take exit 161 and loop back on the I-40 west bound to Devil Dog exit.
