Report Check-In

We enjoyed our stay here very much.
Yes, there is a fridge in the room. But apart from making some typical noise, it offers cold drinks. Isn’t that luxurious?
Yes, you can hear motorbikes when lying in bed, but that’s because of the hotel‘s extremely central location. If you get a room facing the side street, it’s quieter. Plus: if your room faces the street side, you can see your vehicle from the -yes- balcony.
And if fridge and street are too loud (I don’t think so), use earplugs, every traveler should have anyway in the luggage.
There is internet in the rooms as well, not only as mentioned in the reception area.
Yes, as nearly everywhere in Iran you have to ask for towels, but they are big and come with soap and shampoo.
The 3 receptionists we met all spoke English, but if not - hey, this is Iran and you’re not checking in to a 4* hotel!
Yes, breakfast is not included, but it’s less than 1€ extra and you get 2 eggs, bread, tea, cheese, butter,...
Our room was clean, beds comfortable, shared facilities also clean and good. Did anyone already mention the aircondition in the room? :-)
I think some reviewers here just arrived from VAE and don’t know Iran and that this hotel is a really good pick.
We payed 1 Mio (less than 10€ around Christmas 2018) and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for putting it on iOverlander!

I won’t recommend this place. There is exactly one guy talking English, the others seem rather overstrained by our presence. The twin room was 850 000 rial, which was okay for us. But in the room was a fridge that was way too loud. It was close to the street, so we heard motor bikes the whole night. Towels only after asking twice.
On the pro site the room was very spacey and okay clean. I am sure there are way better hotels in the city for that price.

Nothing special and rather expensive. negotiated the price down to 900000 for a twin room with shared bathroom. room was smelly but ok. parking. no breakfast. only can buy food in restaurant, we opted for street food to avoid gastric problems.
