quiet place not far from main Mombasa-Nairobi Highway. they are asking now 1500 pppn but still negotiable to 1000 which is more reasonable for what you get. ablutions run down, cold water, restaurant ok with quiet high prices especially for beer and considering the normally very long waiting time. pool available and also power 230V. friendly staff and helpful too. reasonable stopover before reaching coast or on the way from coast to nairobi.

Third time here..still marvalous place..we are the only guests..pool working staff friendly and helpfull
Food is good and price ok (500-800/meal)
Camping is now 1500ksh/pers 😬
But its woth it..so calmfull
We will do walk with delvon later 👍👍

Great campsite with restaurant and bar - food is good and reasonably priced, although breakfast quite expensive. 1000pp to camp. Campsite showers aren’t the best but are fine for a quick wash. Amazing place for bird watching. Lovely staff and good service.

Price is indeed 1000 pppn, no other price possible. Worn out ablutions, pool was dirty and half empty. Didn't go to the restaurant. Not worth the money, but we spend whole day in Tsavo-West NP and arrived late, so didn't have other option

The sanitatiin at the campsite is running down.
The price is to high for what you get.
Drinks are very expensive: a soda 200, a beer 350. At saturday evening a lot of noice till 1.30 nighthours.

Really nice place like a little paradise. Calm. Many different kind of birds and a beautiful area with swimmingpool. 1 h bird excursion cost 1500 KSh pp.
Hot shower, clean toilets.
Entrance from road A109, ca. 15 km from Voi. Very nice management. Highly recommend.

Nice camping spot below the trees (there was new green grass after the first rains, but it could be sandy in dry season). A great spot for birders. The sparrow-weavers are very noisy at the campsite but we didn’t mind. The ablutions were cleaned every morning and there is a donkey boiler at night for hot water. The restaurant has good food (some portions were a bit small for the price). Extremely friendly and cheerful staff and manager.
The WiFi didn’t work for us while we were there though.

superb. have the place to ourselves. great pool. 1000pppn, 500 for the 8yr old, 5yr free. highly recommended

this is my second time at this campground while the bathrooms could use an update the staff is extremely friendly and helpful the restaurant area is very comforting and the food is good. with both a deep pool and a shallow pool available with electrical hookups in the toilet block. it's only about a 20-minute drive to the gate at Tsavo East

Stayed at Sagala Lodge the second time..great relaxed and friendly place..
Electricity and internet ( at bar area) working
The staff is very friendly and well trained.
David, the manager, is doing a great job here.
For a game/nature walk go with Delvan. You will be astonished what he can show you about insects birds plants etc 👍

Nice peaceful spot to camp. Ablutions 👌, bit run down. Hot shower if they light the donkey. Electricity point at ablutions. Restaurant is beautiful and has fast Wifi. Friendly staff.

We have a 3.6m high big rig. Via a little detour we managed to get to the campsite without problems.

Nothing has changed. “Grass” was totally dried out during the dry season. Nice level camping area with shade trees if they had more leaves—I guess that would be after the rains. Price was dropped to 800Ksh pppn—well, this was the off-season, and we were the only guests. A pleasant surprise was the price of beer dropping from 300 to 250 after I remarked on the cost :-) There’s a pool too!
Less funky but more expensive than Sau Tsavo; great to have a choice in Voi. Certainly, both places have very friendly staff. Btw, Sau T had no beer on hand, but they would be able to get some easily.

Quiet stopover. Nice place for our rooftop. Supposedly also a wildlife sanctuary. Lots of tracks around camp and on walk to waterhole. Toilets and showers old. Food at restaurant 'old'.

Nice campsite, just far away enough from the road to be quiet, if it wasn't for the loud music that is being played in the evening and morning. Ablutions are not great. Showers have no doors or curtains and everything should be repaired and cleaned. Restaurant had good food but not cheap. Always check your bill! Also negotiate the camping fee of 1000 ksh. Ask to see the ablutions before agreeing on the price. Wildlife is present so be aware of that. They cut all lights on the camp ground at around 20:30 while still playing loud music and having all lights on elsewhere. Nevertheless this is a great stopover when travelling from Nairobi to mombassa.

Nice grassy site with some trees and bushland around (incl. wildlife). Self-bushdrive/-walk possible. Entrance trough bush and smaller trees, not suitable for high trucks (guess max 3m in height), but they can stay on spacy carpark.
Washrooms at site; okay, could be cleaned more often.
Price 1000KSH/p/n, but negotiable!
Power by generator, time limited, same for average wifi.
Huts/bungalows also available.
