300 birr for a double room with ensuite. Hot water, clean room and comfortable bed. Restaurant and bar with secure parking. Management wanted 400 birr but went off to talk to himself and lowered to 300, registry showed all paid 300birr. Great price for the quality. Now 400Birr for single ensuite for 2, including breakfast buffet.
